He started in construction and then focused on maintenance in the assisted living healthcare sector, extending to private country clubs. Having opened two new facilities from the ground up, equipping them for inspections and preventive maintenance. He now focuses on supporting building owners and managers in caring for the maintenance of their facilities by providing training resources and consulting.

His ultimate goal is to educate and train owners and facility personnel alike so they can care for their buildings to the highest standard.
